STATEMENT OF NON-FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The Non-Financial Information Statement of the Gadisa group has been verified by Valora Consultores de Gestión S.L. obtaining a result: favorable. Based on the procedures carried out in our verification and the evidence we have obtained, no aspect has been revealed that makes us believe that the EINF corresponding to the Groups 2024 financial year has not been prepared , in all its significant aspects, in accordance with the contents contained in the current commercial regulations on non-financial information and taking into consideration as a guide the criteria of the GRI standards when so reflected, as well as those other criteria described in the EINF.
